How do I get started?
A:
Join any of our plans to get started. Once you have joined, you can start downloading files instantly.
What is the difference between Early Access and the full release?
A:
The full release will be similar to the beta version, but more polished and with additional features and content.
Will my account carry over when the website exits early access?
A:
Yes. Your account and downloads will carry over seamlessly and you will keep access to your membership until it expires.
What is a credit?
A:
Credits are currency used to unlock files. Each file costs a certain amount of credits to unlock, and once you unlock a file, you can download it as many times as you want without using more credits.
How many credits is everything worth?
A:
Files range between 1 and 10 credits depending on resolution and category. You can see the credit price of any file by clicking on it in the file browser.
When do my credits renew?
A:
Your credits renew every month on the same day you purchased them. For example, if you purchased credits on the 15th of the month, they will renew on the 15th of the next month.
Do credits rollover?
A:
Yes, up to a limit. You can have a maximum of two months worth of credits at one time.
Can I get more credits if I run out?
A:
Yes, you can purchase more credits by upgrading your plan. Credits will be added to your account immediately.
How do I upload files?
A:
We want to make sure we get it right, so we're rolling out features related to user uploads in phases. We're currently working on the first phase, which will allow you to upload your own files into your own private folders. We'll be rolling this out in the next few feature releases.
How do I cancel my plan?
A:
You can cancel your plan at any time by clicking on the "Cancel" button on the plan you want to cancel.
Is this a stock photo site?
A:
Ultimately, our goal for this website is to be the best place to find, share and organize project files of all kinds. That starts with our own library of resources, including .psds, .pngs, .jpegs and more. We will be rolling out features that allow other file types and user uploads in phases.
Will you be adding more assets?
A:
Yes! We built this place to make it easier to release our own assets. We're working on adding more every day. We're also working to allow users to upload and share their assets, so we can build an even bigger library.
Will the new website support your Photoshop Plug-ins?
A:
We're working on it! For now, you can keep using the old website to download our Photoshop Plug-Ins.
We are a very small team and we're focusing on one thing at a time.
How do I change my payment method?
A:
You can change your payment method by clicking on the "Change Payment Method" button on the plan you want to change the payment method for in your account page.
